# Working with Projects

A project is a collection of files and folders. Projects are used for builds, version management, sharing, and resource organization.

To create a new project:

1. From the menu bar, select File > New > Project... to open the New Project Wizard.

2. Select the project you want to create, then click Next.

3. Follow the Wizard instructions to complete creating a project.
